  Last week, I poached my first egg.  The idea of it seemed very daunting to me and I wasn't sure if I would be able to do it.  I've heard stories about how you need to be exact with the cooking time and how easy it is to fail.  Maybe these people were just never good at it, but I feel like I succeeded. 
  Aside from enjoying the egg as apart of my meal, I mainly enjoyed this poaching process. Watching the egg slide into the boiling water was really a sight.  It reminds me of a jelly fish living in the deepest part of the ocean.
